About Mix TV
Mix TV serves as a vital platform for the global Brazilian community and offers a rich tapestry of programming that spans a wide range of interests, offers engaging programming covering a wide spectrum of popular and much more.
Mix TV was a Brazilian pay-TV channel. Chaired by Fernando Di Genio Barbosa, it was part of the Mix Communication Group (which in turn is maintained by the Objective Group), composed of Mix FM, the RBI variety channel, and the Mega TV retail channel. With a proposal to have a music genre channel aimed at young audiences, the broadcaster started on January 21, 2005.
On November 3, 2014, Mix TV became available only on pay TV. It took the place of its sister channel SuperMix, which was discontinued. Mix TV's open signal, in turn, was occupied by RBI.
